Privacy notice
Website enquiries and personal information.
Urban Complexity (Pty) Ltd receives the information you provide when you contact us through this website. This notice describes the website's enquiry process.
Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, optional company and project type, subject and project details. Please avoid including identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive information in your message.
How it is used
We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond to you and discuss a possible scope or quotation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Storage and access
Submitted enquiries are saved in a private folder on the website server, outside the public website directory. If email notifications are enabled, the enquiry is also sent to the company inbox. Access is intended for authorised people handling enquiries and maintaining the website. Contact us to discuss retention or to request removal of an enquiry that is no longer needed.
Cookies and external services
The enquiry form uses a session cookie to protect submissions and display confirmation or validation messages. The web server may record technical access and error logs, including IP addresses and requested pages, to operate and troubleshoot the website. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and interface assets from jsDelivr and cdnjs. The contact page embeds Google Maps. Your browser connects to these providers when loading their content, which can disclose technical information such as your IP address. No advertising or analytics tracking is installed in this version of the website.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have supplied, or to raise an objection to its use. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Email admin@urbancomplexity.co.za or call 012 001 1832.
